when I compile the recent 'u/jpflori/ticket/17254' or
'u/tscrim/upgrade_singular-17254' with SAGE_DEBUG=yes on my 32 bit
fedora22

I get an printout from Singular:

the corresponding Singular source snippet is (look at 'shiftgb.cc')

This seems to be a bug, but the next question is, why do we get there and
is this
an error caused by a previous one or not.
