Comment:
fixed some more issues.
A rebase on recent develop branch was too hard for me so I squashed
everything in a new commit.
@jdemeyer I had to revert some of your changes in {{{src/module_list.py}}}
(removing singular from include path)
because I failed to do the same for Singular 4.
