I'm getting a similar issue with the binary distribution of sage 7.1 (64
bit) on Ubuntu 14.04:
# sage -gp
gp: error while loading shared libraries: libpari-gmp-2.8.so.0: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
# ldd libpari-gmp-2.8.so.0
