I can confirm the same problem with the sage-7.2-Fedora_23-x86_64.tar.bz2
tarball. Conspicuously, `bin/gphelp` does occur in the `patching ...`
lines, but `bin/gp` does not. Same as what Ehlen reports. So wherever the
files-to-be-patched are listed, `bin/gp` does not seem to be in that list.
Indeed, in the file `relocate-once.py` the file `local/bin/gp` is not
mentioned, and `local/bin/python2.7` is. I don't know where the fix needs
to be made, but what the effect of the fix should be is pretty clear.
