limited, but nonzero, demand for binaries for 10.8 and 10.9. See e.g.

10.10 was released].
I have one machine running 10.8, and some main-stream apps (Chrome,
Spotify) have started warning me that they will no longer be updated on
that platform. But even that is a very recent phenomena --- 10.8 is only
4 years old, after all --- so I think there may be more demand for 10.8
and 10.9 that you might think, especially given the common feeling that OS
X releases are going downhill...
