10.{7,8,9}, 10.10, 10.11 do we have to deal?
For 10.8 - 10.12, I think you need Xcode 5 - 8, so there's almost as many
versions of Xcode as versions of OS X. However, since Sage builds it's
own gcc on OS X, it's only dependent on a small portion of Xcode's
toolchain.
