Hello,
I updated this ticket to latest beta version (7.3b5) and made some
changes:
- I removed dependencies to #20039.
- I improved documentation in many places, by defining terms more
precisely.
- I removed now useless `__ne__` methods
- I changed helper methods and made them private methods.
This is open for review.
