There is a surface_dynamics package now under development. It provides
much more than what is currently in Sage. This ticket propose to:
- add `surface_dynamics` as an optional package
- deprecate all source code from `sage.dynamics.flat_surfaces` and
`sage.dynamics.interval_exchanges`
What is in the package is more complete and reliable. See the package page
at https://pypi.python.org/pypi/surface_dynamics/
