This is a big set of tools to manipulate beta-adic monoids and automata.
Automata are completly re-implemented in C language and with very
efficients functions.
It is the continuation of ticket https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/16723
but with adaptations to make it works on linux and with sage 7.2.
