New description:
Following the ideas at [http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7850].
I've made a cylindrical plot, which i have not found in Mathematica!
This command is now supposed to be derived from the code in this ticket
[http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/ticket/7872]
