To evaluate a subsequence:

cd sagenb-*/src/sagenb
make develop

Then do `hg qpop` or `hg push` to (un)apply the patches and restart the
notebook. (Actually, you can skip the last step if a patch touches only
non-.py files. Just reload the page.)
