No, it is not. This comes from something internal to
MixedIntegerLinearProgram, which has been corrected somewhere already...
It could be #7311 though I am not sure. The point is that I have seen it
for some time, and I stopped worrying a while ago. So this is bound to
mean I already fixed it :-)
