Here are some issues with the latest updated spkg:
* It wiped out the entire commit history of all versions of the GAP spkg
prior to 4.4.12.
* The changelog `SPKG.txt` does not conform to the requirements as
documented in the
[http://www.sagemath.org/doc/developer/producing_spkgs.html#the-file-spkg-
txt Developer's Guide].
