Here is a new *WORKING* version of the patch :-)
I received plenty of help, and it can finally be used !!
I can not test this piece of code on all these platforms. Anyway, CPLEX
will be used by very few users of Sage as it already requires one to have
a licence, which is pretty expensive ! ;-)
