New version of this patch...
* It now handles exceptions
* I added options to have Cbc work multithread when the user wants it
* I refactored some code which is now much more readable
* I rounded some values in the docstrings, as Cplex behaves a bit
differently from it friends concerning numerical noise
This patch can now be reviewed, and will be a nice addition whether one
uses Cplex or not because of the multithread ! :-)
