Another polishing point: when given this syntax

spherical=(w*cos(u)*sin(v),w*sin(u)*sin(v),w*cos(v),w)
plot3d(2,(u,-pi,pi),(v,0,pi),transformation=spherical,plot_points=[100,100])
}}}
why do I have to specify the fourth argument in spherical (i.e., "w")? In
the plot, you know that I'm specifying u and v to be numeric ranges, so it
should be easy for Sage to realize that the function variable is w and the
independent variables are u and v.
