I've just uploaded a new patch combining all previous ones, rebased to
4.3.3. I am currently running a test with ``sage -t devel/sage/sage`` and
I am certainly expecting the odd new doctest failure with 4.3.3, but
overall I expect it to mostly work fine. In any case, I will post the
results tomorrow.
