 Thanks!  I'll get an account on bsd and try to test on both bsd and t2, as
 well.

 `SAGE_PARALLEL_SPKG_BUILD` looks good.

 My motivation for making the new feature optional, for now, is so we can
 get feedback (via sage-devel) from early testers about a much wider range
 of build conditions and configurations.  It's likely they'll report
 problems, and we can attempt to solve them before we make it the default
 for everyone.
