As for drkirkby's comment above: naturally it doesn't have a chance of
building on 4.3.0.1 on T2. (I checked, just to make sure). I don't think
it's reasonable to expect new patches to apply identically on two
increasingly different forks of the Sage code base. (Isn't this what
Mercurial's branching and merging tools are supposed to be for?)
