Thanks! I saw that some of the later patches had had positive reviews
too, so maybe it's a bit late for me to join in. But I thought that for a
complicated interrelated set of patches like this, which non-trivial
mathematical content, it would be good to have a small set of people
looking at it rather than individuals.
