Hello !!!
This patch applies, the spkg compiles fine and is well built, everything
runs in the end and the doctest using it passes !!!
The only trouble I could find is the need to disable the preparser
(mentionned by Harald earlier) to use regular CVXOPT scripts in Sage, but
this is not new and could be adressed later. Clearly, this is an
improvement for Sage :-)
