Well, I understood "passed to the solver" as "passed to the
MixedIntegerLinearProgram" object, or to its solve function, which is
exactly an abstraction above all solvers :-)
But it is perfectly true that because of this class, it becomes very
difficult to access solver-specific options... :-/
