(1) Now the latest maxima is 5.21.1
(2) This should be done in conjunction with upgrading ECL. See #8808. The
maxima in sage-4.4 doesn't build with ecl-10.4.1, but Maxima 5.21.1 *does*
build fine on top of ECL-10.4.1.
A new spkg is here (but, again, first install the ECL spkg from #8808 when
testing this):
