The src/ directory in the ecl spkg on this ticket is not the same as the
ECL official sources (this spkg is missing several directories, like
"src/contrib/encodings" and "src/msvc". So I think #8808's ecl spkg
supersedes the ecl spkg on this ticket.
So with that, I think this ticket should be closed, as the two spkgs
listed on it are superseded elsewhere.
