Are you sure that is correct? #9264 only makes changes to ECL, not Maxima.
So the revised Maxima package at
http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/nbruin/maxima-5.20.1.p1.spkg must
still be merged. What does not need merging is the ECL patch attached
here, as that is covered by #9264
