I noticed that `containing_cones(ray_indices)` does essentially what I
wanted in 5) in my previous comment. However I think it would be much more
useful if it would return the actual cone object and not a set of ray
indices. Generally speaking, I think the user should never need the ray
indices. And if he still needs them, then they can be gotten easily enough
from the `Cone_of_fan` object.
