Things look good. It's worked successfully on sage.math (took 30
minutes!), a Mac, on the skynet machine "lena" ({{{x86_64-Linux-k10 (with
NVIDIA GeForce GPUs)}}}). It's still building on t2, although I cheated a
bit: I used a build of atlas from a previous Sage install to save myself
11 hours of build time. It has a chance to finish in 6 or 8 hours instead
of the previous time of 17 hours (sans atlas and docs).
I'll report back when the t2 build is done, but once the small change to
"deps" is made, I think this will be done (modulo #8731, #9185, #9186, and
#9187).
