It doesn't seem like it should be related (i.e., my guess is that you'd
have this problem without the patch as well). Can you zip up the
SAGE_LOCAL/lib/pkgconfig/ directory and the SAGE_LOCAL/lib/sage-current-
location.txt file so I can just double-check that the paths are right?
