 Please check to see if the following two files are in the directory
 sage/local/lib/python2.6/site-
 packages/sagenb-0.8-py2.6.egg/sagenb/data/jmol

 Jmol.jar & Jmol (a shell script).

 If they are not then try downloading the .spkg again to see if that fixes
 it.

 If the files are there then there is something we don't understand or the
 path in the Jmol shell script is wrong.
