This is rather confusing. Could you also run
{{{
/usr/local/gcc-4.4.1-sun-linker/bin/gcc -m64 -print-search-dirs
/usr/local/gcc-4.4.1-sun-linker/bin/gcc -m32 -print-search-dirs
}}}
?
(Both with {{{sage-env}}} sourced and without, in case it makes a
difference.)
