The upgrade from 4.4.4 to "4.5.1" on t2 is now working on Singular --- the
Sage and Gap packages remain. No problems so far. I need to sleep soon;
I'll report again as soon as possible.
Also, "4.5.1" also builds from scratch on bsd.math. The long doctests
pass.
