Oh, I actually took the ''"val"'' as an abbreviation, and thought you did
mean this one:
''Force GSL to be buil'''d''' with no optimisation if SAGE_DEBUG is set
to "yes"''
Maybe to your surprise, I'm ok with the rest. ;-)
(The only thing that could be clarified is ''"64-bit builds"'' meaning
64-bit builds on systems where the compiler default is 32-bit, i.e. when
{{{SAGE64}}} is "yes".)
