Note: I haven't merged this ticket into 4.5.3.alpha0, because I noticed
some segfaults that appear to stem from the new package and/or patch, when
I doctested various trial alpha0s on sage.math. At the moment, it seems
best to put out a 4.5.3.alpha0 with passing doctests and base on this any
necessary efforts to merge the new M4RI into alpha1.
