you compile PARI/GP by itself? That is, download
[http://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/pub/pari/unix/pari-2.3.5.tar.gz], do
{{{./Configure && make}}} and see what happens. If you can, please try it
both with fltk-devel uninstalled and installed. If it doesn't compile
like that, it should be reported upstream.
Done, on two different machines, one with ftlk + fltk-devel, one with fltk
but without fltk-devel installed, both on Fedora 13 64bit, both failed
after successful configuration, I reported this to the pari project,
