Well, the spkg maintainer (and some of the people involved in this ticket
here) actually participated the discussion on sage-devel (which referred
to #9160).
(And I remember the spkg maintainer telling me ''"You don't need to cc
anybody, we'll look through the tickets anyway..."'' ;-) )
That's why I had been a bit annoyed or disappointed, and the reason for
the flame.
