Just for the record:
TOS has published a new prime sieve program, which also incorporates some
of my ideas (separate list for sieving primes that have multiples in every
sieve segment, combined striking of multiples of the smallest primes).
However, it is rather a rewrite from scratch than an update of his
previous one.
