As a general PSA: please use the `pc.triangulate(verbose=True)` option
when reporting bugs.
* Your problem is point number 6. above.
* Indeed, `points2alltriangs --nonregular` segfaults (as indicated by my
comments in the source). There is a workaround already in place. But thats
not the reason why it blows up in your example.
I'll work on it later today.
