Thank you for pointing out these issues. I have posted a new patch, and a
new package at the same url
(http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/timdumol/sagenb-0.8.2-dev-i18n.spkg)
addressing these issues.
robert.marik, it seems that some strings re: the notebook settings are
left untranslated (Doc pool size, Type of challenge, etc.) in the cs_CZ
locale.
