Thanks for looking at this. I removed the patch directory, removed the
change from the spkg-install, and updated SPKG.txt to note this. I also
added you as a spkg maintainer.
I just over-wrote the same file at
[http://sage.math.washington.edu/home/mhampton/biopython-1.55.p0.spkg]
with these changes.
