 I've added a comment there.

 #9741 has a doctest that uses vertices that are polynomials.  With module
 name changes here at #4000, one of the doctests needs to change.  I've
 added a bit of documentation (and expanded the test slightly) to make it
 clear why the fully-qualified name is being used - more discussion is on
 #9741.

 I built this patch after applying everything up through the "hensel_lift"
 patch, but it should just depend on the renaming of the modules.  Tests
 now pass on {{{sage/graphs/generic_graph.py}}} and the documentation for
 this module looks fine.
