 BTW, in the next week or so I should be able to try this on AIX 5.3 with
 the IBM C and C++ compilers. That would bypass gcc/g++ and Solaris
 headers. It would be a '''completely''' different build environment. It
 would be interesting to see what happens there.

 Does anyone have a copy of the latest C and C++ standards?
