 Yep. (Or one could {{{hg rename}}} it to something else, s.t. it doesn't
 get confused with a BSD {{{install}}}.)

 You? But that should be done '''after''' this ticket and especially #9433,
 which adds a new root repository (and deals with files like {{{install}}}
 currently ''not'' under revision control), have been merged.
