The programs "sage-download_package", "sage-latest-online-package", "sage-
build-debian" could conceivably be called by sage-spkg during
installation, but they shouldn't for any standard packages. The script
"sage-check-64" is called by sage-env, so perhaps it should be added to
spkg/base?
The sagetex package should depend on the scripts package, since its spkg-
check file runs Sage, and so relies on the presence of the script sage-
sage.
