Well, that seems far too pessimistic to me. This isn't very far from a
regular simplex. Its unacceptable to me that we can't handle this, even
with cddlib. It means that a variety of graphical output totally fails.
That said, I'm all in favor of switching to something better for our
default convex hull method.
