Since the update for readline has been pushed back to at least 4.6.1, can
we get this workaround in 4.6? We have a patch that fixes the problem, is
small, and is low-risk. With the switch from 4.5 to 4.6 I think it is
important that it successfully compiles on significant distributions like
openSUSE and Arch.
