Should we document this in the
[http://www.sagemath.org/doc/installation/source.html#install-from-source-
code Installation Guide]? README.txt? Release notes of Sage 4.6?
(It's fairly out of date anyway, but updating at least some parts is IMHO
overdue, since doing so hopefully prevents users again reporting known
issues and should reduce potential annoyance.)
