 Thanks for asking.  For the include files listed, I assume that someone
 has just gone through the relevant pyx files and listed which of my header
 files are actually used?  I am not sure whether the point here is that (a)
 if some files are omitted from this list then the build will fail, or (b)
 if some are omitted then upgrading will not know to recompile something.
 If (a) then the test is just to see if Sage builds!  If (b) I hardly think
 it matters since either all of eclib is built or none of it, surely?

 It is quite possible that everything I have just said is complete
 nonsense.  If so sorry.

 About including the pari library:  Leif explained this to some extent on
 sage-devel.  I don't know (especially not what may or may not happen on
 cygwin) sp perhaps it is safer to leave it in?

 If anyone ever has suggestions for improving the Makefiles for eclib I am
 always happy to receive them.  They were created during SD6 by editing old
 Makefiles of my own which had been evolving over years, so there may well
 be stuff in there which should not be.

 Short answer: no.
