Comment:
What exactly has happened to the broken doctests? It does not seem to me
that the new output is merely a permutation of the old one.
There are (sometimes) extra spaces in front of the output.
There are some notes/warnings in the documentation and it would be nice if
they were formatted according to
http://sagemath.org/doc/developer/conventions.html#documentation-strings
