 This patch needs a lot of testing, and it's close to being ready. So all
 you lurkers in the CC list, apply these patches and test!

 Apply all the patches. The scripts repo gets:

   * 9967-concurrent-sagescripts.patch
   * 9967-sage-maketest.patch
   * 9967-fix-sage-doctest.patch

 and the rest go into the main library repo.
