New description:
This ticket aims to provide a way to test interrupts and the
{{{sig_on()}}}/{{{sig_off()}}} mechanism.
This needs a patched $SAGE_ROOT/local/bin/sage-doctest (isolating
interrupts in Sage from the doctesting framework).
